CORPORATE LIFE OF SICAV MUTUAL FUNDS
Our Depositary Solutions Legal Services unit handles all or part of the corporate life of the SICAV mutual funds that its financial institution clients wish to set up or manage. Whether in "creation" or "acquisition" mode, CIC Market Solutions' employees are able to assess our clients' needs, work closely with their internal control and compliance officers or their experts, and define together the timetables and critical stages of all their projects.
CLOSURE OF ACCOUNTS
- Preparation of documents for the Board of Directors;
- Preparation of documents for General Meetings;
- Upstream interactions with partners (Auditors, Advisers, etc.);
- Holding of the Ordinary General Meeting;
- Holding of the Extraordinary General Meeting or Combined General Meeting;
