An annual meeting dedicated to professional investors, the CIC Market Solutions Forum brought together nearly 800 people at the Palais Brongniart in Paris. This success highlights the pleasure of being able to attend the event in person once again, with more than 400 professional investors present.

On 6 and 7 December, the annual event organised by CIC Market Solutions, CIC's global research arm dedicated to Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale customers, welcomed 130 European companies, including half of SBF 120-listed companies and around ten CAC 40 companies. The participation of 400 investors and 175 fund management companies and institutions generated nearly 2,000 meetings over the two days. This forum was an opportunity to remind our corporate customers of our ability to assist them with the market transactions entrusted to us: bond fundraising, primary equity issues, etc., thanks to our specific capacity to draw on the wider distribution network of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale.

Thanks to our sales teams in Paris and New York, the teams of our Targobank network in Germany and our European ESN network partners from Italy, Spain and Portugal, as well as our German partner M.M. Warburg & Co, international managers and companies were present, and confirmed the global dimension of this event.

We are strengthening our services with a view to supporting our corporate and investor customers, via this event and also via: bolstering our research teams with new hires in 2022; investing in our new digital studio prior to the launch of the new App and the updated CIC Market Solutions’ website at the beginning of next year; continuing our expansion on the primary bond market with our involvement in no fewer than 45 bond issues this year; and supporting Hunyvers, Fill Up Media and other companies with their IPOs in 2022, despite the market conditions.

Lastly, we are committed - as a Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale entity with its Entreprise à Mission status - to making this forum relevant to climate and environmental issues, and as such, we wanted to give a special focus to biodiversity-related challenges with the participation of Denis Couvet, President of the Foundation for Research on Biodiversity. This unique experience was complemented by plenary sessions led by our teams. These highlights are available for replay on the CIC Market Solutions App.

We would like to thank all the participants and look forward to seeing you in 2023 for the next edition.
