The 12th edition of the CIC Forum took place at The Pavillon Cambon Capucines in Paris on 9 and 10 December and in virtual format on 11 December 2025.

Once again, the CIC Forum brought together equity and bond investors and corporate clients, European Small and Midcap issuers, alongside SBF 120 and CAC 40 companies for a particularly successful edition.

The scale of this event, which was larger than in previous years, confirms the CIC Forum's strong foothold in Paris. 600 institutional investors met with more than 150 companies, generating no fewer than 3,000 interactions. Our partners in the ESN network (Banca Akros – Banco BPM group, GVC Gaesco, Caixa Banco de Investimento) helped bring together 30 European companies and around 100 foreign investors to attend in person or virtually. A dozen North American fund managers also attended in Paris.

Fruitful discussions took place between our corporate clients, our employees and the Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale teams working in the Corporate market, highlighting our ability to provide support in this segment.

Finally, these days were interspersed with several key events. Two plenary sessions brought together a large audience : one with Dominique Senequier, Chairwoman and Founder of Ardian, and the other with François Duhen, Head of Global Research. Two round tables provided an opportunity to address current issues. The first, entitled “10 years of the Paris Agreement : what remains of global climate ambition ?” with Laurent Berger, Director of the Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale Mutualist Institute for the Environment and Solidarity, Pascal Canfin, Member of the European Parliament and @Reneweurope Coordinator of the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety, and Alexandre Saubot, President of France Industrie and Chief Executive Officer of Haulotte. The second focused on a current issue, “AI and asset management : a revolution or a simple technical development ?” with Nathalie Keller, Head of Custodian Solutions, moderator, Ailancy Advisory and Dassault Systèmes.

We would like to thank all the participants who made this edition such a success ! We look forward to seeing you again next year on 8, 9 and 10 December 2026 !
